How to Lose 10 to 17 Pounds in Seven Days !!

Like millions of others, I'm losing weight. Many say that I am not fat, but I know my body. I recently went to a size 10 to a size 12. People think that I have to lose weight or not, this leap in size means I've gained weight.

My weight has fluctuated over the years. In college, I gained weight: I went from a size 8 to 14. (I was in the struggle against the regime:. Pizza and beer) Then over time, I got to 10 and held for years. During one summer, I made my own version of the Atkins' diet and lost 20 pounds to get back to a size 8. I felt warm for once! As mentioned above, I am now 12 and not happy with my figure.

I have a little fat here and there and also have a problem because my skinny jeans female hips and thighs. I faced the reality that I can not make the junior department. After an article about the diet, I realized that the diet pills and fad diets are not the way to go. A healthy diet and exercise is burning more calories than you eat is the key. (See my article on the Bedbug.)

My boyfriend and I have made some changes in what we eat and we have not gained weight, however, wanted to get down to an ideal weight and maintain it. So I asked my doctor if recommended diet. He left the exam room and returned with a copy of the Sacred Heart Diet.

In this two-part series, I will show readers how I prepared for food and then share my diet results in a second article.

General scheme

The regime of the Sacred Heart, according to a website for food, was created by the hospital's doctors and high speed (only seven days) to help cardiac patients lose a significant amount of weight before surgery.

In addition to losing weight, those of the Sacred Heart diet reported having more energy, no cravings for sweets and felt better overall. The system also removes impurities from the body.

Those of the Sacred Heart Diet can lose ten to 17 pounds in a week eating a special fat burning soup every day, and follow a plan that can accompany the diet each day. The recipe is presented at the end of this article, but the soup contains stewed tomatoes, green beans, celery, green peppers, onions, carrots, chicken broth, soup mix and seasonings.

During the seven days, as well as much soup as you like, there are different rules for each day:

One day and fruit soup. (No bananas)

Soup of the day two vegetables (no beans, peas or corn) and a baked potato with butter for dinner

Third day soup, fruits and vegetables (no potatoes!) Per day, up to 7 pounds would be paid!

Day Four bananas (at least three) and skimmed milk that day, the body needs calcium and potassium.

Soup fifth day, 10-20 ounces of beef and tomatoes (canned or six fresh)

Six days and soup of meat and vegetables as you like

Day Seven-soup, rice, vegetables, unsweetened fruit

Drinks approved, water, black coffee, tea, cranberry juice or unsweetened fruit. It is very important not to have alcohol or soda, even diet.

Training

I took my food with me to print the grocery store. We buy all the ingredients for the soup, so our dishes, two melons, grapes, plums, carrots, broccoli, cherry tomatoes, cucumber and a large pea. We also bought a few bottles of cranberry juice, grapes and a big bottle of unsweetened applesauce.

When my boyfriend and I were preparing the soup, I observed, "Damn, no wonder you lose a lot of weight on the diet! I burn a lot of calories to get ready!" We had two bags of carrots peeled and plenty of vegetables. As I put everything in pots (I have not a pot, then I used two large pots) could not stop thinking about how it looked healthy.

I'm not a fan of celery, but this soup a lot. Then I remembered reading once that it takes more calories to burn to eat. I looked online and in the pages of Urban Legends Reference, it's true. Celery is a negative calorie food. The site says that the mother of eight inches of celery has six calories to eat six to burn. But still, you can still fill up, making it ideal for eating in the fight against cravings. Realizing this leads me to see how this soup diet can really work.

Also cut fruits and vegetables that we would be eating all week. I decided to use large Ziploc bags I had and I have bags for each of us for the week. In this way, we could have our fruits and vegetables to work with us.

Besides being tedious slicing and dicing, the soup was easy to make.

Taste-Test

The boat has been brewing for a half hour. Gosh, carrots take some time to soften. The broth was great, and had added a lot of salt and pepper for my taste. The vegetables were tender. The soup tasted good, I admit, it will take some getting used to. However, the consumption of fruits and vegetables on the side, I'm sure I can handle.

Is it effective?

Check out my article on this subject from March 4, 2007 to see my results. As I am on diet, I will keep a diary of my progress.
